Who we are.

A Cottage Law pre-order bakery producing real bread and thoughtfully created pastry made with solely cold-stone milled regional grains and timeless fermentative processes in the heart of Delaney park neighborhood in downtown Orlando.

Made in a Cottage Food operation that is not subject to Florida's food safety regulations.

  • Our organic, carefully curated and seasonally rotating menu highlights the bounty that Central Florida farms have to offer.

  • Every single loaf of bread and many of our pastries are leavened using a culture of wild yeast and bacteria (sourdough) and slowly fermented for a minimum of 18 hours for maximum nutrient availability and gut digestion.

  • Our menu offerings are entirely void of roller milled and heavily sifted white flour. Instead, the foundation of our goods is flavorful, nutrient dense, high extraction and whole grain flour milled by our milling partners at Carolina Ground in Asheville, NC.

    Many of our breads highlight ancient or heirloom grains such as Einkorn, Spelt and Turkey Red for a diverse palette.
